Model United Nations (SIMUN)

8th Singapore International Model United Nations

Where: Lycée Français de Singapour
March 16th - 19th 2012

This is my second MUN and it was definitely a lot more rewarding and exciting than last year.

I was the Ambassador of Ghana and was in the ECO-SOC committee.

After merging with others on DAY 1, I was the main submitter for a resolution on: "The question of ensuring adequate food supplies at affordable prices in developing countries."

On DAY 2, the resolution was debated, voted on and passed the ECO-SOC committee.

On DAY 3, my resolution was the chosen resolution to be submitted to the General Assembly out of the 4 resolutions that have passed in the ECO-SOC committee.

My resolution was debated, voted on and PASSED THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY!!
